Terms of Hire

Age

Drivers between 25-70 may hire any vehicle providing they have at least two years of driving experience on a full licence.
Drivers between 23-25 may only hire vehicles in the Group A & B catagories providing they have at least two years of driving experience on a full licence.
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions we are unable to hire to drivers over 70.

Drivers Licence

We must see the Drivers Licence/s for all drivers. If this is the new two part photo license we must see both parts. We can hire to drivers who have no more than two speeding offences within the last three years. For all other offences, please contact us prior to your rental.

Insurance Excess - Deposit

Each vehicle is subject to an insurance excess of £300.00. This amount needs to be charged as a deposit at the beginning of the hire. This deposit will be returned at the end of the hire providing there has been no damage and the vehicle is full of fuel.

Additional Drivers

We can insure any number of additional drivers. There will be a one off charge of £10.00 per driver.

Proof of Address

We require two forms of address to be shown along with your drivers license at the begining of every rental. eg - Bank Statement, Utility Bill.

Rates

All the rates shown on the website are for rentals staying within the UK mainland, and are fully inclusive of all insurance and the VAT.

Fuel

All of our vehicles are provided full of fuel. We therefore request that the vehicle is returned full. If we need to re-fuel a vehicle, we will charge £1.20 per litre plus VAT.

Web Booking

All reservation requests made on this web-site are subject to availability. They should not be considered as a confirmed booking until you have received notification by e-mail or phone.
